I felt like a professional!

I recently interviewed a college grad who said she wanted to work for me. I didn't have a position for her but gosh did I feel prepared to get all the nitty gritty for when the time comes to hire! I truly felt like a pro and there were questions on here I would never had thought of....like 'When do you feel the most creative?' Worth every penny!
